Jan's Fudge
Instructions
- First put 3 unsweetened chocolate in a pan and ¼ cup butter.
- Melt on a low fire
- Next sift 3 cups powdered sugar
- Add ½ of the sugar to the melted chocolate and beat in one egg and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Add rest of sugar
- Add 1 cup chopped nuts and press fudge into pan lined with waxed paper.
