Sour Cream Drop Cookies
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- To have tender cookies, the cream must be thick. First, add sugar to cream, then the beaten egg.
- Add sifted flour and soda.
- Drop by spoonful on greased tin and bake in a quick oven, approximately 375° to 400°.
