Chocolate Skillet Fudge

Chocolate Skillet Fudge
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • ½c miniature marshmallows
  • 1-1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. Combine sugar, butter, salt, and evaporated milk in a large electric skillet.
  2. Set thermostat at 280°.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for five minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Turn skillet off, add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
  5. Stir until marshmallows and chocolate are melted
  6. Pour into an 8" square pan (buttered)
  7. Cool and cut into squares.
