Brown Eyed Susan Cookies
Serves: 3.5 dozen
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c package biscuit mix
- (2) 3.75 or 3.625oz packages instant vanilla udding mix
- ⅓ c cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- solid chocolate mint wafers
Instructions
- Combine biscuit mix, pudding, cooking oil, and eggs and mix well
- Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Top each with chocolate mint wafer; press to flatten
- Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 12 to 14 minutes.
