Walnut Sour Cream Fudge
 
Ingredients
  • 2c granulated sugar
  • ½c Daisy sour cream
  • ¼c light corn syrup
  • 2tbsp butter
  • ¼tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ¼c cherry bits (??)
  • 1c chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in pan, bring to slow boil. Stir til sugar dissolves 236° on thermometer til soft ball stage. Remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes. Do not stir add ??? (need help deciphering here) Stir in cherries & nuts. Pour into gresaed shallow pan and cool. Cut into squares.
