Sour Cream Drop Cookies
 
Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. To have tender cookies, the cream must be thick. First, add sugar to cream, then the beaten egg.
  2. Add sifted flour and soda.
  3. Drop by spoonful on greased tin and bake in a quick oven, approximately 375° to 400°.
