Chocolate Macaroons
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 sq chocolate
- ½ cup salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- dash of salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Heat oil and melt chocolate.
- Add to the sugar, then add eggs one at a time, beating vigorously after each.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
- Roll in balls, roll balls into powdered sugar.
- Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
