Chocolate Macaroons
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 sq chocolate
  • ½ cup salad oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. Heat oil and melt chocolate.
  2. Add to the sugar, then add eggs one at a time, beating vigorously after each.
  3. Mix in flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
  4. Put in refrigerator overnight.
  5. Roll in balls, roll balls into powdered sugar.
  6. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
