Double Crunch Bars
 
Ingredients
  • 4 cups quick rolled oats (I used 3 + 1 cup oat bran)
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup melted margarine
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well
  2. Press into well-greased 15.5x10.5" jelly roll pan
  3. Bake 450° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  4. Cool, cut into bars. Enjoy.
